For partners

Together with our partners, we develop sustainable urban projects that create value for residents, users and investors. We combine a strong urban vision with the ability to deliver, and typically complete projects within the boundaries of the business plan, on time, on budget and free of major legal obstacles.

During the operational phase, we focus on value creation and return through thorough asset management. This integrated approach builds trust and ensures continuity for both public and private stakeholders.

First look: what is still in place and what value does it represent

That has always been our starting point, ever since we began in 2007. We look at what we can keep and what we can build on. This isn’t just about the structure, the building itself, but in particular about everything around it, the surroundings. If we can better understand people and their environment, we can achieve better results. A better building.

About responsible development

We take responsibility for both the environmental impact and the social context of our projects, ensuring a healthy and future-proof living environment.

CO₂-Emissions

We aim to minimize CO₂ emissions in pursuit of the Paris Proof 2050 goal. Our focus is on Whole Life Carbon, addressing both material-related and operational energy emissions throughout a building’s entire lifecycle.

Climate Adaptation

Green Spaces: We incorporate as much greenery as possible. Planting trees around buildings, creating green roofs and landscaped courtyards. This not only improves quality of life but also helps reduce heat stress and manage rainwater.
Water Management: We use natural solutions to capture and absorb rainwater, such as green roofs, shallow basins, and permeable paving.
Biodiversity: We promote biodiversity by planting flowering vegetation, installing nesting boxes for birds and bats, and connecting green spaces to support local wildlife habitats.

Good examples of our approach include the Merwede urban district in Utrecht and Rootz in Haarlem. The redevelopment of De Nieuwe Tuin for PGGM in Utrecht also demonstrates how we integrate sustainability, greening, and biodiversity into our projects.

Healthy Buildings & Outdoor Spaces

We design spaces that prioritize comfort, well-being, and encourage social interaction and movement. Our developments balance private and public spaces, incorporating visible greenery and inviting outdoor areas.

Sustainable Mobility

Our mobility plans prioritize cycling and walking, ensuring accessibility through public transport and sustainable car-sharing solutions that are attractive, safe, and convenient.

Strong Communities

Our projects foster social interaction, collective activities, and a sense of safety, strengthening local communities.

Community Engagement

Every project includes a participation plan that actively involves end-users and local residents, leading to better buildings and stronger communities.

Governance

We stand for a safe, open, and supportive working environment where people respect and empower each other. Transparency in our ESG objectives is key, and we work with partners who share our values. Together, we build sustainable and resilient communities.
