Building for
humans
For us it's all about people. People with ideas, who dare to dream and see opportunities. People who build, persevere and realize the ideas we create together. But above all, the people who work and live in our projects. For us, the building is just the beginning. The real value lies in its function, what happens inside and around it.

For us, the building is just the beginning.

The real value lies in what

happens inside and around it.

If we understand people better, we create better buildings

We develop urban residential and office projects where people love to live, work, and thrive. Always with a sharp eye for the surroundings and in close collaboration with the people we build for.

We see and develop opportunities in real estate

Every location has a past, filled with stories that connect us to who we are today. We see opportunities in these stories, transforming them into distinctive, inspiring places with a new future.

Since our founding in 2007, we have focused strongly on urban redevelopment, always with preservation as a starting point. This remains at the core of our approach today, strengthened by the smart use of data and insights into evolving user needs. This way, we make sustainable and future-proof decisions.

De Nieuwe Tuin

In the heart of Utrecht, Boelens de Gruyter, in collaboration with Schroders Capital, is developing De Nieuwe Tuin for PGGM. After eleven years of vacancy, the forgotten Gildenkwartier will be transformed into a future-proof headquarters of approximately 32,000 m².

Redevelopment of Berghaus in Amsterdam-West enters final phase

At Koningin Wilhelminaplein, a former office building is being transformed into a dynamic hub for living, working, and business. The development is now in its final phase. Two residential towers on top of the new building will provide around 300 homes, while a third tower will add over 20,000 m² of high-quality, sustainable office space.

We develop distinctive

projects that inspire.

Where people love to

live, work, and thrive.
