A new logistics centre with office space is being developed in the northern part of Eygelshoven (Kerkrade). Located on the German border, the business park is home to a diverse mix of companies. The site, formerly occupied by the Laura Metaal factory hall, is now being transformed into a high-quality, sustainable development.
Centrally located and exceptionally connected
The business park enjoys a highly central location with excellent accessibility via major highways N281, A76, and A79. It is just a 5-minute drive from the N299, which connects directly to the A76 motorway. From this location, Maastricht can be reached in 25 minutes, while both Germany and Belgium are just around the corner.
Accessibility will be further enhanced with the completion of the new four-lane Buitenring Parkstad Limburg, which is currently under construction.
