Office and living
Boelens de Gruyter has begun the redevelopment of Berghaus in Amsterdam West. At Koningin Wilhelminaplein, the former office building is being transformed into a combined office, residential and work concept. Two residential towers on top of the new building will provide space for approximately 300 homes, while a third tower will offer more than 20,000 square metres of high-quality and sustainable office space.
Rembrandtpark
The Rembrandt Park offices are perfectly situated next to Rembrandtpark, the second biggest “garden” in the city. These Amsterdam offices are three landmark buildings, combined to create a campus feeling.
Rembrandt Park One, Two and Three will together form the first green inner-city campus location in Amsterdam.
